Shipping:
WE DO NOT SHIP OUT OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.
To be sure that shipping is to the customer's satisfaction, all shipping arrangements & shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer.
Otherwise, you can pick up your purchase at our warehouse during normal business hours, no charge.
Skidding & Packing:
Listed price does NOT include any packaging/skidding fees. The packing fee and shipping fees vary depending on the item size, weight, and the location of the buyer.
Ener-G Machinery, llc. reserves the right to ship quantities of small items in multiple packages.
Machinery & Tooling Payment Terms:
Payment must be received in full before shipping. Cash, wire transfers, or company checks are welcome and encouraged.
Conditions Of Sale:
Unless sold "AS IS", Ener-G Machinery, llc. will accept within 30 days from shipment any machinery and equipment sold with return privilege, freight prepaid, for refund. Buyer is responsible for all freight charges. This guarantee applies only to machines, which we own. The machine must be returned in the same condition that it left Ener-G Machinery's warehouse.
Ener-G Machinery, llc. shall not be responsible for any damages done by truckers, riggers, or other parties. Machines damaged in shipping are not covered under the return privilege. Ener-G Machinery reserves the right to void the return privilege or charge a restocking fee if purchase is made without physical inspection by buyer or their representative. Any machine sold "AS IS" means there is no warranty, guarantee, or return privilege. All "AS IS" sales are final, no refunds.

All machine prices include loading unless otherwise stated. All machines offered are subject to prior sale and prices quoted are exclusive of any government sales tax. Sales & Use Tax Certificates or Manufacturing Certificates must be presented in order to deduct Sales Tax. Machinery descriptions are intended as a guide only and their accuracy is not guaranteed.
